the property itself is nice. majority of the staff are excellent, friendly and welcoming. i’ve been here for 4 months now and i just feel like something is always going on with the building. elevators were broken in the east tower for a long time, the front door has been broken for about 3 weeks now, the package room glitches and we can’t always access, the intercom system to enter the building goes down frequently and now the latest is the hot water issue. i understand every complex has its issues, but the hot water should be fixed immediately and the front door to the building should also be locked and fixed immediately. we pay a lot for these apartments.
other than those major issues, maintenance is great with repairs in the apartments. they handle them quickly and efficiently.
It was great. Reggie was professional, flexible, and personable. The property is beautiful in the common area, however, the apartments themselves have finishes that are not as consistently high end.
Nice building. Poor maintenance. Staff is not friendly, nor responsive. Here a month. HVAC is totally whacked. Hot in the halls, cold in the apt. Thermostat rarely worked. Had portable AC & heaters brought to the unit as a management fix. Microwave went out - nobody ever came to fix it. Yes, it has EV chargers, but the spots are usually full of non-EV cars, and management sends memo's - but does little else. Keep looking. Too expensive for this poor response.
Toured this property and had a wonderful experience! Reggie showed me around and was an incredibly knowledgeable and fun guide. I have moved around a lot, and this was the first time I decided on where to apply after just one tour. The property itself is beautiful and very well kept. The apartments are spacious and really have just about everything you could want.
I just want to thank Reggie for all of his help! He was very knowledgeable! If you're looking for a place in Tysons...this is it! Kingston is conveniently located, has great amenities and wonderful leasing staff (aka Reggie)!!
Used to live here for four years. The staff and leasing officer were amazing! The move-out refund was generous, they won’t charge you a lot if you clean the unit. Wish I could stay here a little longer!

I recently had some issues with the building's services, particularly regarding the frequent power outages and elevator problems. The electricity went off multiple times, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there were instances when someone got stuck in the elevator, and it broke down for over a week. During that period, taking the stairs from the 14th floor was quite challenging. The second elevator was often crowded, resulting in longer wait times. This is the worst place I have lived in I wouldn’t recommend at all. If it was in my hand I would give them 0 star but unfortunately that is not an option.
